Programs that are known as Entrepreneurial Development Programs (EDPs) are extremely important intheprocessofcultivating entrepreneurial skills, attitudes, and competences in individuals. EDPs are regarded as an essential tool for contributingtoeconomic growth, innovation, and employment creation in economies that are still in the process of growing. The purpose of thisresearchpaper is to investigate the notion of Entrepreneurial Development Programmes, as well as their objectives, structure, andimpact. Italsodraws attention to the difficulties that are encountered during the execution of EDPs and makes recommendations for waystoimprovethe efficiency of these programs. Secondary sources of information, such as journals, reports, and institutional publications, wereusedtocompile the data for this study. According to the findings, well-designed EDPs make a considerable contribution to the developmentofskills, the intention to engage in entrepreneurial activity, and the successful formation of new ventures.
