Abstract

Abstract: A study has been made to explore the photoelectret and its formation state. The basic bones of the solid-state physics are dielectric and semiconductor materials. Electrets are a new type of solid-state device made possible by these dielectrics. Band theory can explain the polarization of dielectric. Photosensitive materials with deep traps are commonly used to make photoelectret. The presence of high resistance layers at the electrodes, as well as the capacity to trap at least one type of charge carrier, is required for photoelectret manufacture.Keywords: - Photoelectret, Polarization, Depolarization, Dielectric
