Abstract— A Macro is nothing butMacroinstruction in Computer Science it is a rule or pattern With ExcelVBA you can automate tasks in Excel bywriting so called macros. In this chapter, learn how to create a simple macro,which will be executed after clicking on a command button. First, turn on theDeveloper tab. Macros are used to make a sequence of computing instructionsavailable to the programmer as a single program statement,making the programming task less tedious and less error-prone. Nowherewas the aspect of “Data Entry & Data Coding” taught to the students. In abid to overcome these problems, I started looking for a solution and finally decidedto integrate Microsoft Excel in the syllabus of Research Methodology. The best analyses incorporate all theavailable data, not just one part of it. As businesses gather more and moretransactional and engineering data, they need a coherent solution to access andanalyze all the data, no matter how it is stored.
