Abstract- Nowadays, material advancements are assuminga significant part of the improvement of items in different fields. Numerousspecialists are looking for primary materials of high strength, less weight,and minimal expense. For the most part, solid materials are moderately thick,light materials and have less strength. To accomplish high strength and lessweight, we go for composite materials. This venture manages the mixture impactof composites made of Kenaf (regular) and Kevlar (engineered) fiber and Choppedmate manufactured by hand lay-up strategy utilizing an Epoxy tar and ahardener. Demonstrated a half and half car guard with CATIA programming andinvestigated using ANSYS.
